I always crack up at the reviews that mention the slow pace in the drive-thru. [You're sitting in an air-conditioned car waiting for someone to hand you a custom-made beverage; I feel like it could be worse]
I have always been warmly greeted from the staff and have never felt like my orders take too long. I get it - it's a busy freakin' place. I feel like the overall environment is sufficiently relaxing and welcoming.
A few years ago, my tutor and I chose to meet here for an hour or two weekly for nearly a year, and it was always something I looked forward to. Now that I'm back in town, I'm happy to see nothing has changed. There's still a very friendly staff with ample space - inside and out - and I get my custom-made coffee in 2-3 minutes. No complaints here. -

I usually go here to get work done or meet up with friends. I've never had an issue while ordering inside. If you're in a rush I recommend you NOT go through the drive thru because the wait is usually 12-17 minutes. My drink was made incorrectly but I had no time to get it fixed because I was running late after waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes. (They will remake your drink if it's wrong)
My go to drink is the pink drink, the cotton candy frap (vanilla frap with 5raspberry pumps), the sea salt caramel frap or the venti ice coffee ( 3 pumps vanilla and caramel add creamer). -

This was one time my favorite Starbucks in town but after visiting yesterday at approximately 1:30pm, I will not be going back. While the nice young lady who took my order was very polite and helpful, the young man who made my iced machiattos needs to be retrained. The espresso that was used was very bitter and there were coffee grounds in the bottom of my drinks. Very disappointed in quality of drinks. If quality of drinks is important to you, find a different shop. I won't be going back.

COUPLE OF THINGS...I've worked at starbucks before and i know how it's supposed to run and drive thru times and everything. This place must not really care for that. I waited in line for 30 min... they really didn't seem to care either when I got up to the window due to the fact that I saw employees just standing around and talking to each other... but what set me off the edge was they handed me the WRONG drinks. and I told them that wasn't what I ordered and he looked at me confused and asked me "Are you sure" LOL yes i'm sure sir lol... i'd just not choose this location ever again

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience at this Starbucks. The cashier was new, so it really wasn't anyone's fault. Two of the three drinks I ordered were made incorrectly. But they remade them and gave me a refund for one of them. They were really nice about it.
